" Swimming lessons have already started with Mrs Lewis's 3rd class,Ms Burns 4th, Mr Arkins 5th and Mrs Bolger's 4th/5th.

" Dance lessons have started for Mrs Duggan's 6th class, Junior Infants in Ms. Conaty's and Ms Mc Loughlin's, senior infants in Ms Corby's class, 2nd classes from Ms Mc Phillips and Ms Carroll.

" GAA coaching has begun with Mrs Duggan's 6th class, senior infants from Ms. O Connor, Ms. Barry and Ms. Smith, first classes from Ms. Byrne, Ms. Goldrick, Ms. Brady and Ms. O Reilly.

" Athletics will be starting shortly at lunchtime

" A few of the teachers are also on training courses with a view to starting volleyball shortly.

" Buntus training is also due to start in October/November for all staff prior to starting the programme in the school
